Before 2017
2007
Nishitenma Project
Based on thorough marketing, we planned a 23-story seismic isolated high-rise condominium on 160 tsubo (about 529㎡) of land. This is a truly original outline for a rental property. It is likely to attract attention as a regional landmark.
2008
Sugaharacho Project
Uses a curved form with a simple white base color. Light slits emerge at night to realize a design with two different faces, one for day and one for night. This building in a convenient location near the Tenjinbashi shopping district offers comfortable living with a full range of facilities and design specs, including bathroom TVs and mist saunas.
Higobashi Project Ⅲ
Although located in central business district, Utsubo Park and Kyomachibori on the other side of the street create a relaxed atmosphere in a calm cityscape. The glass-box balconies and modern entrance, in addition to the circular glass block walls used in the center of upper-floor rooms create a beautiful and mysterious space. Offers relaxed, low-stress living in the heart of the city.
Higobashi Project Ⅱ
In this excellent location, we created a pop exterior with composition and a night cityscape theme using light.
We designed maisonette rooms with over 5-meter ceilings that overflow with light and space and provide plenty of storage space, and the top floor was designed for DINKS.
Higobashi Project Ⅰ
Uses a 100m2+ glass house design on the top floor in this building with an impressive façade. Various ideas were employed, such as moving the pillars to the center for a feeling of openness and a view, installing maisonette rooms that can double as offices, and providing ample storage space for all units.
2010
Uchihonmachi Project
Perched on the intersection of a major avenue, this building has an unparalleled presence.
The concept is Cool & Natural–a cool hotel-like space to live in, but also a natural apartment that lets in the sunlight and the breeze. This space provides the time and relaxation that full-time city dwellers seek.
Ginoza Okinawa resort hotel project
For a beachfront resort, we obtained a development permit for a plan including an entrance lobby where you can feel the light and wind, and guestroom designs offering unprecedented sense of space. After obtaining the permit, the project was sold to a foreign corporation.
